Yoga Training

“When I practice I am a philosopher, when I teach I am a scientist, when I demonstrate I am an artist” – BKS Iyengar

Learning is living. I want to create a space for contemplation, self-development and unwinding. A space for you, for you, and with you at the center.

100+ Hours of Hatha Yoga Training

Autumn 2024

Are you dreaming of diving even deeper into your yoga practice and the amazing world of yoga – and possibly becoming a yoga teacher yourself? In this basic Hatha yoga training, the focus will be on your personal development and the practical teaching of yoga. Yoga changed my life and I hope to do the same for you!

“Welcome to the first step in a lifelong journey with yourself, your yoga mat and the timeless wisdom”.
Karen Aronson, Yoga teacher and founder of the program

Yoga is a lifelong study. This program introduces you to a wide range of yoga styles that will give you a strong foundation – both for your personal development and for your ability to teach yoga to others. This yoga training offers a high level of professionalism and communication. I have over 30 years of experience as a trainer, developer and therapist. My journey with yoga was a 500-hour Hatha Yoga Training, after which I have practiced most styles of yoga through my daily practice on the yoga mat, courses, workshops, etc.

“The yoga program was a great break for me to focus on myself. I’ve been doing gymnastics for more than 40 years – but never yoga, so it was a bit of a challenge to embark on a yoga training program. But as Karen said to us one of the very first times we met: your yoga mat is YOUR mat and how your yoga practice evolves is entirely up to you! I never felt left out and had a great time…”

Former student Helle Scharling.

“The body has many systems that all talk to each other. They are constantly working together to survive. If there is an imbalance in the body, there are no miracles or easy solutions. It’s not possible to give a clear answer, but the most important thing is to get to know your body, including yoga. Every time I step onto the mat, I feel a calmness, but also an energy that cannot be described. It’s as if time stands still. Yes, I am a yoga teacher! I am more and more sure of that every day. Thank you for what you have taught me about yoga and not least myself.”

Former student Joan Jensen
